Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dutch/Flemish Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Malta. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch and/or Flemish, and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid work (combination of working from home and office), and comes with an attractive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch/Flemish via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the cause and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to offer informed and effective assistance.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Document and track customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless and efficient support process.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch and/or Flemish (both written and verbal) is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is highly advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • A proactive and customer-focused attitude.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Malta.
