Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Italian Customer Advisor to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers by addressing inquiries, providing expert advice, and resolving issues. The role operates with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (European Time Zone), and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer exceptional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and live chat, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Address customer inquiries, offer tailored advice, and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding needs and providing timely solutions.
  • Stay well-informed on product offerings, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Log all customer interactions in the CRM system to track progress and follow up as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to share insights and improve overall service delivery.
  • Adhere to company processes and best practices to maintain service consistency and quality.
  • Keep up with product updates and customer service techniques to enhance your expertise.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service or advisory roles is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
  • Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit (if applicable) for remote work.
