What You’ll Do:

• Content Review & Moderation: Review and evaluate user-generated content across various platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Enforce Safety Standards: Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content while maintaining the integrity of the platform.
• Support User Engagement: Help maintain a positive user experience by keeping content relevant, appropriate, and engaging for the community.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other teams to improve content moderation processes and ensure a seamless experience for users.
• Monitor & Report Trends: Stay updated on trends and emerging issues to preemptively address potential challenges in content moderation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German (C1+): Strong verbal and written communication skills in German.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately evaluate content and identify potential policy violations.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess complex situations and take decisive action in line with company guidelines.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift pattern and managing diverse content types.
