We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our French-speaking customers and ensuring they receive top-notch service. The position offers the flexibility of remote, hybrid, or onsite work options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and professional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.).
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with empathy and effectiveness, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Offer guidance and troubleshoot product or service-related questions.
- Communicate clearly and positively with customers, maintaining the company’s tone and values.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer support processes and services.
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions according to company procedures.
- Stay up to date with the latest product updates, features, and policies to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Meet customer satisfaction targets and other performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in French (spoken and written).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a tech or digital setting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid model, or onsite in Lisbon.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital platforms or social media tools.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
