We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our French-speaking customers and ensuring they receive top-notch service. The position offers the flexibility of remote, hybrid, or onsite work options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and professional customer support across multiple channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.).
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with empathy and effectiveness, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Offer guidance and troubleshoot product or service-related questions.
  • Communicate clearly and positively with customers, maintaining the company’s tone and values.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve customer support processes and services.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions according to company procedures.
  • Stay up to date with the latest product updates, features, and policies to ensure accurate information is provided.
  • Meet customer satisfaction targets and other performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Native or near-native proficiency in French (spoken and written).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a tech or digital setting.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid model, or onsite in Lisbon.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital platforms or social media tools.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
