Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated French Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Braga, Portugal. In this onsite role, you will provide exceptional service to French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and resolving issues. This position follows a rotational shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer support in French via phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed product information in a timely and professional manner.
- Strive to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns effectively and offering tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on product offerings and company services to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Accurately log customer interactions and follow up as necessary using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure high standards of customer service.
- Keep informed of product updates and customer service trends to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 19:00, on a rotational shift basis.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
