Your Role:

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to our Dutch-speaking clients. You will engage with customers through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat), helping to resolve their queries and providing timely, effective solutions. Your fluency in Dutch will be essential to building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related concerns, offering solutions in a timely manner.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution of queries.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Strive to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations with professionalism, working towards swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements and contribute to enhancing service quality.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native) and English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer situations.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work onsite in Bucharest, Romania.
