Position Summary:

We are seeking a Danish Content Moderator to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with community standards, legal regulations, and company policies. Your contributions will help foster a positive, respectful, and secure online environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review user-generated content (text, images, video, etc.) to ensure it aligns with platform guidelines and policies.
• Identify and remove any harmful or inappropriate content, including offensive language, hate speech, graphic violence, and adult material.
• Moderate content in both Danish and English, ensuring consistency and accuracy in policy enforcement.
• Provide valuable feedback to improve content moderation tools, processes, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team to address complex cases and highlight emerging trends or risks.
• Maintain a high level of efficiency, with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Stay informed about legal regulations and updates to platform policies.
• Report trends in user behavior and escalate any unusual or problematic activity.

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native proficiency in Danish and strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to make quick, well-informed decisions.
• A deep sense of responsibility for user safety and maintaining a respectful digital environment.
• Prior experience in content moderation, customer support, or similar roles is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with precision.
• Understanding of online trends and digital media.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
