We are currently seeking a Dutch-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to join our Barcelona team and help manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for our Dutch-speaking clients.

Role Overview:

As a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will support the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns for Dutch-speaking clients. Working closely with senior team members, you will assist in formulating strategies to improve campaign performance, enhance client results, and meet business goals. This position is ideal for individuals looking to launch or develop their career in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across various networks, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping, for Dutch-speaking clients.
  • Contribute to the creation of digital marketing strategies to achieve campaign objectives and performance targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to ensure effective campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
  • Provide insightful, data-driven recommendations to improve client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with more experienced team members to gain knowledge of best practices and advanced Google Ads strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and digital marketing.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure adherence to Google Ads policies.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native proficiency) and a strong command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads or a keen interest in digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • A passion for learning and staying updated on digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
