About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Solution Specialist with fluent Swedish to join our team in Málaga, Spain. As a Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and technical support to our Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring that they get the most out of our products and services. This is an on-site role that requires a high level of expertise and strong communication skills to effectively solve customer issues, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and solutions to Swedish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and challenges with our products or services.
  • Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions, ensuring maximum satisfaction and effective use of our services.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop custom solutions and support customer requirements.
  • Perform troubleshooting for technical issues, guiding customers through product features and configurations.
  • Maintain customer relationships by providing proactive follow-up and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
  • Communicate clearly in Swedish and English, providing written and verbal assistance to clients, ensuring they understand how to solve their issues or make the most of the product.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately, logging technical issues and solutions into the CRM system.
  • Track customer issues and follow up with appropriate solutions or escalation when needed, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Share product feedback and improvement suggestions to internal teams to enhance future releases and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and team goals related to customer satisfaction, case resolution time, and technical accuracy.

Profile Requirements:

  • Fluency in Swedish (C2 level) (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level) for collaboration with international teams and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a solutions role is beneficial but not required.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • A technical aptitude and an interest in understanding how products and services work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues and support customers.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Málaga, Spain.
