About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service and support—whether it's solving problems, providing product information, or ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian (and English when required)

Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures

Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Document customer interactions in the CRM system

Meet individual and team KPIs related to customer service and quality

Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings
Requirements:

Native-level fluency in Italian (spoken and written)

Proficient in English (B2 level or above)

Prior experience in a customer service or support role is a plus
