About the Role:
We’re looking for a Hungarian-speaking Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. In this role, you’ll be the voice of the brand—handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
This position offers the flexibility of hybrid work (mix of office and remote) and is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys helping people and solving problems in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in Hungarian, and occasionally in English

Assist with general inquiries, technical issues, billing questions, and product support

Provide accurate, friendly, and timely solutions to customers

Document all interactions clearly in the system (CRM)

Follow company procedures and policies to ensure high service standards

Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex issues

Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs related to service quality and response time
What You Bring:

Fluent/native Hungarian (spoken and written)

Good English skills (B2 level or higher)

Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
