About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Content Policy Enforcement Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will play a key part in protecting our platform by ensuring user-generated content aligns with our content policies, legal regulations, and community standards. You will analyze content, identify violations, and help enforce policies that maintain the integrity, safety, and trust of our digital environment.

This position is offered with onsite and hybrid work options, giving you flexibility while working from our modern Barcelona office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review Spanish-language content across various platforms to ensure compliance with company policies and content standards

  • Investigate and analyze flagged content, user reports, and automated alerts

  • Enforce community guidelines and take action on policy violations, including removing content, restricting accounts, or escalating complex cases

  • Assist in updating and refining content policies in collaboration with policy, legal, and moderation teams

  • Identify emerging content trends or risks and proactively suggest mitigation strategies

  • Document enforcement decisions and contribute to improving internal guidelines and best practices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Trust & Safety, Customer Support, and Product

  • Help train new team members and share insights from content-related cases and trends

  • Participate in regular policy reviews to ensure alignment with regional and global standards

What You Bring:

  • Native or fluent in Spanish (spoken and written)

  • Strong command of English (spoken and written)

  • Prior experience in content moderation, trust & safety, policy enforcement, or a similar role preferred

  • Solid understanding of online content standards, data privacy, and community safety

  • Excellent judgment and ability to handle sensitive or complex material professionally

  • High attention to detail and critical thinking skills

  • Comfortable with moderation tools, content management systems, and dashboards

  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Working Hours:

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
