Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, generating new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with French-speaking clients. You will identify potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet and exceed targets. You’ll play an essential role in our growth while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the French-speaking market.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure business.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

  • Provide post-sale support and ensure customers are satisfied with the product or service.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (native or near-native level) and English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to various customer needs.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite in Hellas, Greece.
