About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Italian-speaking Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will manage relationships with our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. You will act as a key liaison between the clients and internal teams, coordinating activities to optimize client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Italian-speaking clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.

Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and project timelines with internal teams to ensure service delivery.

Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Help onboard new clients, providing them with essential product or service training and resources.

Prepare regular reports on client account status, performance, and other relevant metrics.

Assist in contract renewals and upsell opportunities when appropriate.

Address any concerns or issues clients may have and escalate them when necessary for timely resolution.
Requirements:

Fluent in Italian (native or near-native level) and proficient in English (written and spoken).

Previous experience in client relations, account management, or a customer-facing role is a plus.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proactive and solution-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working with CRM systems and other client management tools.

Authorized to work in Portugal.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in the B2B or client-facing industries (e.g., technology, marketing, consulting).
