About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organized Italian-speaking Client Relations Coordinator to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will manage relationships with our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. You will act as a key liaison between the clients and internal teams, coordinating activities to optimize client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Italian-speaking clients.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.

  • Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and project timelines with internal teams to ensure service delivery.

  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify areas for improvement.

  • Help onboard new clients, providing them with essential product or service training and resources.

  • Prepare regular reports on client account status, performance, and other relevant metrics.

  • Assist in contract renewals and upsell opportunities when appropriate.

  • Address any concerns or issues clients may have and escalate them when necessary for timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (native or near-native level) and proficient in English (written and spoken).

  • Previous experience in client relations, account management, or a customer-facing role is a plus.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and other client management tools.

  • Authorized to work in Portugal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the B2B or client-facing industries (e.g., technology, marketing, consulting).

  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with project management or account management software (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com, Trello).
