Job Description:
We are in search of a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will be integral in assisting our French-speaking customers, ensuring they receive high-quality service and assistance. The position offers both onsite and hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, professional, and effective customer support via various channels (phone, email, live chat, etc.).
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and troubleshoot product and service-related queries.
  • Communicate clearly, effectively, and positively with customers, upholding the company’s values and tone.
  • Work with internal teams to enhance customer support services and drive continuous improvement.
  • Accurately document user interactions, feedback, and solutions according to internal protocols.
  • Stay informed about the latest product features, services, and policies to offer precise and relevant information.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction goals and meet performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French (spoken and written) at a native or near-native level.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, ideally within a tech or digital setting.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work onsite in Portugal or in a hybrid format.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with digital platforms or social media services.
  • Additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
