Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated German Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and will provide high-quality customer service to our German-speaking clients. This is a remote position with an office in Braga, Portugal, and the role involves working on a 24/7 rotative shift basis, ensuring continuous support for customers. You will also enjoy 2 rotative days off each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to assist customers accurately.
  • Log all customer interactions into the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Adhere to company processes and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
  • Stay up to date with any product updates and company news to ensure you can support customers effectively.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
