Your Role:

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring that our Dutch-speaking customers receive the support and solutions they need. Whether through phone, email, or live chat, your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service, building long-lasting relationships with our clients and helping them navigate any challenges they face.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Resolving customer inquiries, technical issues, and product-related concerns with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  • Managing customer interactions with empathy, clarity, and a focus on finding the best solutions.
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), including response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Handling customer feedback and complaints with a calm, solution-oriented approach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native) and English (written and spoken).
  • Prior experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Bucharest, Romania.
