Role Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth in the Portuguese market. You will work closely with our sales team to develop strategies, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Portuguese market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customers’ needs.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and track progress using CRM systems.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding our products and services to customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback and insights that can enhance promotional strategies.
- Offer excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese (native or near-native level) and English (both written and spoken).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work remotely, hybrid, or onsite in Hellas, Greece.
