About the Role:

We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Support Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Greece. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to our Croatian-speaking customers, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to split your time between our Athens office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Croatian and English.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, order management, and account-related questions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and empathetic responses.

  • Accurately document and track customer interactions in the company CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, billing) to resolve more complex issues.

  • Continuously improve customer service processes by sharing feedback and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Croatian (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.

  • Previous experience in customer support, call center, or a similar role is a plus.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Comfortable using customer service software and CRM systems.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

  • Eligible to work in Greece.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.

  • Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Greek, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with technical troubleshooting or product support.
