About the Role:
We are looking for a Croatian-speaking Support Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Greece. In this role, you will provide high-quality support to our Croatian-speaking customers, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This position offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to split your time between our Athens office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Croatian and English.

Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, order management, and account-related questions.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and empathetic responses.

Accurately document and track customer interactions in the company CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, billing) to resolve more complex issues.

Continuously improve customer service processes by sharing feedback and best practices.
Requirements:

Fluent in Croatian (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.

Previous experience in customer support, call center, or a similar role is a plus.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Comfortable using customer service software and CRM systems.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Eligible to work in Greece.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.

Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Greek, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.
