Consistently meet key performance indicators, such as response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing practical solutions to customer issues.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized and self-motivated.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
