- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide clear, accurate solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Native or fluent in French (both written and spoken).
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain information to customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
