Skills & Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent in French (both written and spoken).
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain information to customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Basic proficiency in English is beneficial but not required.
