Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and multilingual Customer Advisor to join our dynamic team in Ghent. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Fluency in English, along with proficiency in two of the following languages – Polish, Lithuanian, or Czech – is required.

This hybrid position features a rotating 24/7 shift system, providing flexibility for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. We also offer a one-month accommodation package to support your relocation to Ghent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support in multiple languages (English + Polish / Lithuanian / Czech) through phone, email, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear and accurate information regarding products or services.
  • Handle complaints and offer effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Record customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while meeting performance targets, including quality standards and response times.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Proficient in two of the following languages: Polish, Lithuanian, or Czech.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a professional, empathetic approach to customer concerns.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and team-oriented, with the ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support is an advantage, but not mandatory.
