- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding support to our German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience every time.
- Solve Problems, Create Solutions: Address inquiries ranging from product details to account issues, resolving any challenges with efficiency and professionalism.
- Go Above & Beyond: Handle customer concerns with empathy, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
- Stay Knowledgeable: Keep up to date with product features and services so you can offer clear and accurate information to customers.
- Manage Orders and Requests: Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring customers' needs are met promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled quickly and effectively.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to streamline processes and enhance the customer journey.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in German: Strong command of written and spoken German (C1/C2 level) is essential.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Previous customer service experience is helpful, but your passion for helping people is what matters most!
- Problem-Solving Skills: You should be resourceful, adaptable, and ready to tackle any situation with a positive attitude.
- Communication Skills: A friendly, professional, and empathetic approach in your written and verbal communication is key.
