Job Overview:
We are seeking a German Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. This role involves providing exceptional service to our German-speaking customers. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Portuguese time), including bank holidays, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as your days off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear and accurate product information in a professional manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate and helpful assistance.
  • Record customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and best practices to maintain high service standards.
  • Keep informed of product updates, service changes, and customer service techniques to ensure the best customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese time), including bank holidays.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
