Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Italian Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Malta. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers, helping them resolve their inquiries and issues. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as your days off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Italian via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and offer clear, accurate product information.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and standards to ensure consistency in service quality.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of product updates, services, and customer support best practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Malta.
