About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive French-speaking Platform Integrity Associate to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll play a key part in protecting the integrity of our platform by detecting and mitigating fraud, policy violations, and harmful behavior. Your work ensures that our community remains safe, trustworthy, and aligned with our values.

This position offers a hybrid work model, giving you the flexibility to work onsite at our modern Barcelona office and remotely when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor activity on the platform to identify and investigate suspicious or fraudulent behavior

  • Review user-generated content and user accounts in French, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and legal standards

  • Conduct detailed investigations into policy violations, scams, or abuse reports

  • Enforce community standards by taking appropriate action, such as removing content, restricting accounts, or escalating complex cases

  • Analyze platform trends to proactively detect emerging risks and abuse patterns

  • Collaborate with teams across Trust & Safety, Legal, Product, and Customer Support to maintain platform integrity

  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of investigations, actions taken, and user interactions

  • Assist in developing and updating platform policies and enforcement workflows based on findings

  • Participate in regular training sessions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

  • Provide insights and feedback to improve tools, processes, and user experience

What You Bring:

  • Fluent in French (spoken and written)

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)

  • Previous experience in Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, compliance, or content moderation is a strong plus

  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical and investigative skills

  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, especially in sensitive or high-risk cases

  • Understanding of online safety, community standards, and digital policy enforcement

  • Comfortable using moderation tools, dashboards, and CRM/ticketing systems

  • Resilient and calm under pressure, with the ability to handle graphic or distressing content in a professional manner

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with cross-functional international teams

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and stay up to date with emerging risks and tech trends

Working Hours:

  • Full-time: 40 hours/week
