About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy German-speaking Help Desk Associate to join our support team in Barcelona. You will be the first line of contact for German-speaking users needing technical assistance, providing high-quality support to resolve issues quickly and effectively. This role offers flexibility with both onsite and hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support to German-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Guide users through step-by-step technical solutions and escalate more complex cases when needed.

Document and track all support interactions using the internal ticketing system.

Ensure a high level of user satisfaction by delivering responsive, clear, and effective assistance.

Collaborate with other IT and support teams to ensure fast and efficient issue resolution.

Stay updated on company systems, tools, and support protocols.
Requirements:

Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and proficient in English (written and spoken).

Previous experience in a help desk, IT support, or technical customer service role preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and a basic understanding of IT concepts (e.g., Windows/Mac OS, networks, software installation).

Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Authorized to work in Spain.
Preferred Qualifications:
