Position Overview:
As a German-Speaking Customer Solutions Specialist at CBT Moving, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our German-speaking customers receive outstanding support and tailored solutions. Whether it's answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, or providing guidance on our services, your goal is to ensure each customer enjoys a smooth and hassle-free experience. You’ll work remotely from Leiria, offering the flexibility to manage your work and life balance while contributing to a dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing exceptional service to our German-speaking clients.

  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical or product-related issues, offering clear and effective solutions.

  • Consultative Solutions: Understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success with CBT Moving’s services.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and guide customers effectively.

  • Follow-up & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, track open cases, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and share valuable insights with the team to continuously improve our services.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support, helping solve complex issues and improve the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for communication within the team.

  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or solutions-oriented roles is highly preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.

  • A positive, customer-centric attitude with a focus on building strong relationships.

  • A proactive approach and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
