Location: Hybrid (Remote & On-site)
Salary: 6500 RON Net/month + Meal Tickets (25 RON/day) + Retention Bonus (1000 RON net every 3/6/9 months) + Private Medical Insurance

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team at Belvilla. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing high-quality support through various communication channels. Your goal will be to ensure our customers receive excellent service, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues related to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information and support regarding Belvilla products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions in accordance with company guidelines.
• Process bookings, cancellations, and any changes to customer reservations.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and ensure a resolution that meets customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service issues in the company's system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with product offerings and customer service best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
