Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Italian Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Porto, Portugal. You will assist Italian-speaking customers, providing expert advice and resolving inquiries. The role operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with weekends off. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of your employment in Porto.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer exceptional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear and accurate product information.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering timely and effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Log customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring proper follow-up and tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and processes to maintain consistent service quality.
  • Be flexible with working hours when necessary, including occasional shift adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
