Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated French Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braga, Portugal. This onsite role involves providing exceptional support to French-speaking customers. You will work in rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, with your days off being Saturday and Sunday. If you are fluent in French and have a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service in French via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer detailed product information in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Strive to resolve customer concerns quickly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product information and company services to provide accurate support.
  • Record all customer interactions in the CRM system for proper tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and processes to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Remain informed about new products, company news, and best practices in customer service.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 19:00, in a rotational shift pattern.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to solve customer issues effectively.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
