  • Support & Integrity: Assist users via chat and email while investigating reports of harassment or policy violations within the Metaverse.
  • Continuous Growth: Participate in cross-skilling across different workflows and move toward Senior Expert roles.

What You Bring

  • Native or C1 level Portuguese and B2/C1 English.
  • 1–3 years of experience in BPO, Customer Support, or Tech Support.
  • Strong critical thinking and the ability to handle sensitive digital content professionally.
  • A typing speed of 30+ WPM.
