What You Will Do
- Content Moderation: Ensure a safe environment on platforms like Facebook and Instagram by reviewing content against community standards.
- Support & Integrity: Assist users via chat and email while investigating reports of harassment or policy violations within the Metaverse.
- Continuous Growth: Participate in cross-skilling across different workflows and move toward Senior Expert roles.

What You Bring
- Native or C1 level Portuguese and B2/C1 English.
- 1–3 years of experience in BPO, Customer Support, or Tech Support.
- Strong critical thinking and the ability to handle sensitive digital content professionally.
- A typing speed of 30+ WPM.
