We are currently hiring French-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join a well-known telecom services project in Porto.

Location: Porto, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | rotating shifts between 07:00 – 19:00
Start date: ASAP

What you will receive

1020€ gross salary (14 salaries per year)
Guaranteed bonus during the first 3 months
Meal allowance: 9.60€ per working day
Transport reimbursement: up to 40€ / month
Welcome bonus: 150€ (paid after the 4th month)

Requirements

Fluent French
Good English level
Valid work authorization in Portugal (NIF + NISS)
Must already live in Porto or within ~30 km
Comfortable working in rotating shifts
