The Role

This isn't your typical "script-reading" job. You will be the go-to expert for clients needing help with their digital presence. Youll combine your native-level German skills with your technical curiosity to solve complex problems.

Start Date: April 2, 2026

Location: Lisbon (On-site)

Contract Type: CDD (6 months with potential for renewal)

What Youll Be Doing

Providing high-level support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.

Assisting with inquiries related to Web Design and Digital Marketing strategies.

Troubleshooting technical issues with enthusiasm and a "can-do" attitude.

Working Hours & Commute

We value your time and safety, especially for those early bird shifts!

Schedule: Rotational shifts from Sunday to Friday, between 05:00 and 20:00.

Days Off: Every Saturday + 1 rotational weekday off.

Early Shift Perk: Starting at 05:00? Weve got you covered. We provide an Uber allowance of up to 25.00€ per commute for early starts.

Your Profile

Language: Native or near-native level of German (C1/C2) and fluent English.

Expertise (Mandatory): Solid knowledge or previous experience in Digital Marketing or Web Design. You should know the difference between SEO and SEM, or UI and UX!

Mindset: You are genuinely enthusiastic about tech trends and helping people succeed online.

Availability: Ready to start on-site in Lisbon by April 2nd.
