Whats in it for you?
Monthly Salary: €1,100 Gross.
Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 20% monthly based on your targets.
Start Date: February 25th, 2026.
Location: Modern office facilities in Piraeus, just minutes from Athens.
Relocation Support: Flight tickets, temporary accommodation, and assistance with Greek administrative procedures (AFM, AMKA).
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Troubleshooting issues and providing accurate product information.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Navigating multiple software systems to document customer interactions.
What we are looking for:
Language Skills: Native or near-native level in German (C1/C2).
English Proficiency: Good working knowledge of English (B2 level) for internal communication and training.
Flexibility: Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation (including weekends and nights).
Communication: Exceptional listening skills and a "problem-solver" mindset.
