- Manage inbound customer interactions in German via phone, email, and digital channels
- Provide assistance related to product usage and basic troubleshooting
- Handle inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related matters
- Deliver effective after-sales support with a customer-focused approach
- Accurately record customer interactions in internal CRM systems
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Identify complex cases and escalate them according to internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely issue resolution
- Native or near-native German (C1–C2)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of customer orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using CRM tools
