We are looking for German & Dutch speakers for a Customer Advisor role in Belgium. If you already work in an international environment or BPO, this could be a smooth and logical next step for you.
What the role looks like:
– Customer support via phone, email, and internal systems
– Handling product/service-related inquiries
– Working in a structured international team
Location: Ghent, Belgium (Hybrid after training)
Work schedule:
24/7 rotational shifts
7h30/day + 30 min break
Before applying, make sure you are comfortable with:
– Rotational shifts (including nights & weekends)
– Initial contract structure (1–3–6 months)
– First month fully on-site
– Hybrid setup after training (1 day remote/week)
