Job Overview

We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to customers in an international logistics environment. The position is on-site in Piraeus, Athens, Greece, offering the opportunity to support customers with delivery inquiries, shipment tracking, and account assistance.

You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive timely and effective support throughout their service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with package tracking and delivery updates.

  • Handle requests related to shipments, claims, and billing inquiries.

  • Provide guidance on services and account management.

  • Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

  • Maintain clear and accurate communication with customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (C1 level or higher).

  • English proficiency at B2 level.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Comfortable using multiple digital tools and systems.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience in customer support is beneficial but not required.
