Estonian-Speaking Solutions Consultant

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

We are currently hiring Estonian-Speaking Solutions Consultants to join an international team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in customer support while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment with relocation support provided.

What You Will Do

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account, payment, and digital service inquiries.
• Resolve non-technical troubleshooting issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases when required while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Estonian communication skills (C1) required.
• Good English communication skills (B2) required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (Monday–Sunday, 09:00–17:00).
