Are you fluent in French and ready to boost your career in one of Europe's most vibrant coastal cities? Armatis Portugal is hiring dedicated French-Speaking Support Specialists to join our team in Porto.

Working Hours

• Tier 1 (L1): Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tier 2 (L2): Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, plus additional Saturday shifts between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Compensation & Financial Perks

All base salaries are paid over 14 months per year, supplemented by monthly bonuses and allowances:

• Level 1 Base Salary: €1,019 gross per month for French fluency (or €1,437 gross per month for German B2+ fluency)
• Level 2 Base Salary: €1,120 gross per month
• Guaranteed Productivity Bonus: €100 per month for your first 6 months
• Attendance Bonus: €25 per month
• Meal Allowance: ~€126 per month (paid in cash)

Role Requirements

• Native or fluent French language skills
• For L1 Candidates: Minimum B2 German proficiency OR demonstrated IT knowledge
• For L2 Candidates: English proficiency (especially within an IT context) AND previous experience in a similar support role
• Must currently reside in or around Porto, Portugal (No relocation support is provided)
