We are currently looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to join an international team supporting business clients on a global digital platform.

This role focuses on customer success and account optimization, helping partners improve their performance and get the most value from the platform.

⚠️ Important: This position is based in Barcelona and relocation support is not available. Candidates should already be located in Barcelona or nearby.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with German-speaking business partners

• Support clients in optimizing their accounts and improving performance

• Provide recommendations based on platform insights and data analysis

• Identify opportunities for account growth and improved engagement

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high-quality client experience

Candidate Profile

• Native or fluent German (C1–C2)

• Good level of English (B2+)

• Experience in account management, customer success, client support, or digital platforms

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Analytical mindset and solution-oriented approach
