Role Summary

We are seeking a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Content Moderator to support the review and monitoring of online content on a leading social media platform. In this role, you will help ensure that digital content meets platform policies and community standards while contributing to a safe and positive online environment.

You will review user-generated content, handle reports from users, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain the integrity of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review online content including posts, comments, videos, and advertisements.

  • Ensure content follows platform policies and community guidelines.

  • Identify and address violations such as abusive behavior, harassment, or inappropriate content.

  • Review user reports and take action according to established procedures.

  • Support users through digital communication channels when necessary.

  • Maintain quality, accuracy, and productivity in content moderation tasks.

  • Stay updated with changes in policies and moderation procedures.

Candidate Requirements

  • Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C1 level).

  • English proficiency (B2–C1).

  • At least 1 year of experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation.

  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive content.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum 30 WPM typing speed with good accuracy.
