Role Overview

We are currently looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an international customer service team in Thessaloniki. In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide helpful guidance, and ensure a positive service experience.

You will interact with customers through various communication channels while working in a collaborative and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional assistance to customers and respond to their inquiries.

  • Offer clear information and support regarding general service-related matters.

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions when possible.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.

  • Document customer interactions and follow company processes.

  • Work as part of a team to maintain service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent Danish (C1 level or near-native).

  • Good English communication skills (B2 level) for internal communication and training.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Comfortable using computers and different digital tools.

  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Previous experience in customer service is considered an advantage.
