    We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international service organization based in Athens. In this role, you will support customers across multiple communication channels while delivering a consistent, high-quality service experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage inbound customer interactions in German via phone, email, and digital channels
    • Provide assistance related to product usage and basic troubleshooting
    • Handle inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related matters
    • Deliver effective after-sales support with a customer-focused approach
    • Accurately record customer interactions in internal CRM systems
    • Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
    • Identify complex cases and escalate them according to internal procedures
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely issue resolution

    Candidate Profile

    • Native or near-native German (C1–C2)
    • Good command of English (B2 or higher)
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • High level of customer orientation and attention to detail
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
    • Basic computer literacy and confidence using CRM tools
