Were looking for Italian Customer Support Agents to join our on-site team in Piraeus, Greece. Youll work in an international environment, support Italian customers, and enjoy life in one of the most lively areas near Athens.

What youll do

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat

• Answer questions, solve issues, and make customers feel heard

• Keep records of customer interactions in our system

• Work closely with your team to deliver great service every day

What were looking for

• Fluent Italian (native or near-native)

• English level C1

• Friendly communication style and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused attitude

• Willingness to work on-site in Piraeus

• EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit

Working hours

• Monday to Friday

• Shifts between 10:00 and 22:00

• Full-time, stable schedule
