We are looking for an experienced Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist to join a leading Diabetes Medical Devices Finance & Accounting team in Porto 🇵🇹

💼 Position: Senior O2C Specialist

🗣️ Languages: German (Fluent) + English (C1 level)

📍 Location: Porto (On-site)

📅 Start Date: 7 May 2026

⏰ Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Weekends off)

💰 Compensation:

€1,757.10 per 14 months

Permanent contract after 3-month probation period

📌 Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

5–7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations

Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or lead role

Strong knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls & compliance

Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Workday)

Strong analytical, problem-solving & reporting skills (Advanced Excel)

Experience in international and multi-currency environments

Strong stakeholder management, leadership & mentoring skills
