In this role, you will deliver expert assistance to customers across phone, chat, and email channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Role Overview & Key Details

• Position: Solutions Consultant (Irish & English)
• Work Model: Full-time, On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
• Schedule: Monday – Sunday (11:00 – 19:00)
• Base Salary: €2,045.00 gross/month
• Training: Comprehensive on-site training provided upon arrival

Relocation Package & Financial Perks

• Accommodation Support: 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival, plus expert assistance in finding long-term housing.
• Relocation Bonus: €1,500 gross total to help cover initial rent and setup costs, paid out in two installments.
• Welcome Bonus: €1,500 gross total for EU-eligible candidates (€750 gross after 3 months, and €750 gross after 6 months, subject to active employment).

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in both Irish and English.
