Are you a fluent French speaker living in the vibrant city of Porto? A premier global customer relations company is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join an expanding technical care team!

If you enjoy answering questions, helping people navigate apps or digital services, and want to kickstart a stable office career, this is the perfect spot. What you will do

  • Be the First Contact: Answer incoming calls, emails, or chat messages from French-speaking customers who need help with their accounts or services.
  • Solve Everyday Technical Issues: Listen carefully to the customer's problem, figure out what went wrong, and walk them through the solution step-by-step using an easy company guide.
  • Keep Accurate Notes: Type brief, clear summaries into the system to keep track of what the customer's issue was and how it was resolved.
  • Run Basic Checks: Help customers test their connections, reset passwords, or update settings to make sure everything is running smoothly before the interaction ends.
  • Spot Common Glitches: Notice if multiple customers are calling about the same issue and report it to team leads so it can be looked into quickly.
  • Deliver Great Care: Ensure every customer finishes their conversation feeling heard, respected, and fully supported.

Requirements

  • Language Power: Excellent spoken and written French (native or near-native level) so you can converse naturally and comfortably with customers.
  • Extra Skill Bonus: You either speak conversational German OR you just have a strong personal interest in everyday tech stuff like smartphones, apps, and basic computer software.
  • English Basics: A simple ability to read basic technical English, such as understanding standard menu buttons, tech alerts, or system instructions.
  • Patient Listening: Great communication skills and the patience to help customers who might not be very tech-savvy themselves.
  • Ready to Learn: A positive attitude and an eagerness to participate in interactive, fully paid training sessions.
