Spanish & English Digital Trust & Safety Spec

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

We are looking for a Spanish & English Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will help maintain a safe and trusted online environment by reviewing user-generated content and advertisements, ensuring they comply with platform policies and community standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail who are comfortable making objective decisions in a fast-paced environment. Please note that the role may involve reviewing content that includes violent or other sensitive material.

What You Will Do

• Review and moderate user-generated content, advertisements, and other digital materials.
• Evaluate reported content and determine whether it complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Take appropriate moderation actions, including approving, restricting, removing, or escalating content when necessary.
• Accurately document moderation decisions using internal tools and systems.
• Identify trends or recurring policy violations and report them when appropriate.
• Meet quality, productivity, and accuracy targets while maintaining consistency in decision-making.
• Handle sensitive content professionally and objectively while following established procedures.

Requirements

• Spanish proficiency (C1 or higher).
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Good written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and the ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
• Ability to make objective decisions based on detailed policies.
• Emotional resilience and professionalism when reviewing sensitive content.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday.
