German English Content Moderator

We are currently hiring Content Moderators to join an international operations team based in Lisbon. This role focuses on reviewing and managing online content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a structured digital environment within a multicultural team supporting global platforms.

What You Will Do

• Review and moderate user-generated content across digital platforms

• Ensure content complies with internal policies and guidelines

• Identify and escalate sensitive or non-compliant content when required

• Maintain accuracy and consistency in moderation decisions

• Record actions and updates in internal systems

• Support ongoing improvements to content quality processes

Requirements

• German and English communication skills required

• Must be currently based in Lisbon, Portugal

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines

• Good analytical and decision-making skills

• Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in content moderation or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory
